Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Author whitepapers on emerging technology paradigms for industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
