Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy targeting 2026-2030 technological and market shifts
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence), and socioeconomic indicators
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and startups focused on 2026+ tech horizons
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate forward-thinking capabilities
- Monitor and report on competitive disruption vectors in adjacent industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech/consulting sectors
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CPSI) preferred
