Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futurology, Systems Innovation, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with Fortune 500 tech/biotech experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing basics
