Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech adoption
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience securing government grants for futuristic R&D projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (ACF/SF) preferred
