- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with global megatrends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing strategies into core business
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ annual budgets
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, Singularity University, and NASA
- Present visionary briefings to Fortune 500 clients and UN panels
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven track record leading $50M+ tech transformation programs
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author on 4IR technologies or exponential change
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon Europe grant programs
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and climate tech convergence
- Fluency in at least two major innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
