Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate strategy
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5+ year commercialization horizons
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record in launching technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech commercialization, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or Business
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for R&D initiatives
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
