Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Experience securing federal/private R&D grants >$20M
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Julia preferred)
