Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or spatial computing
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field or futurist studies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience leading global innovation teams with $50M+ budgets
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
