Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neuro-Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2026 technology projections
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Deep expertise in blockchain 3.0 and AGI alignment frameworks
- Experience securing government innovation grants ($10M+)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and Python
