Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author white papers on emerging technologies' societal and economic impacts for 2026
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal and private innovation grants
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published author or keynote speaker on future technology trends
- Successful track record of scaling innovation teams (15+ members)
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with focus on emerging technologies
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
