Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' innovation summit with industry leaders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Deep network within Singularity University or XPRIZE ecosystem
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2030 technology scenario planning
