Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential commercialization
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable tech applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products or platforms
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex technology ecosystems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience scaling technical teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
