Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to ensure emerging tech alignment with customer needs
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI measurement
- Manage cross-functional teams for rapid prototyping of future-proof solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic vision
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and securing innovation funding
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Leadership preferred
