Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for strategic investment and acquisition
- Present compelling tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation incubation program
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., AWS ML, Google Cloud AI) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
