- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Architect scalable frameworks for next-gen data ecosystems and decentralized infrastructure
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D partners to validate 2026-viable use cases
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching future-oriented products/services (post-2025)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or bio-convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS, CFTE)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Prior leadership in scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology trends (2023-2026)
