Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to position InnovateNext as a pioneer in 2026-era technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and spatial computing
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to access emerging innovations
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Portfolio of strategic initiatives implemented in tech-forward organizations
