Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and neurotech advancements
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks/opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Quantify ROI scenarios for futuristic tech implementations
- Anticipate geopolitical/regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
