- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Present transformation strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional engineering and design teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring digital maturity and ROI of transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise digital transformation or technology architecture
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, metaverse platforms
- Certified in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solution Architecture, or similar frameworks
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ transformation programs
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder communication
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
