We are Nexus Future Systems, a pioneer in next-generation intelligence. We are seeking a visionary 2026 AI Lead to spearhead our initiative in building the architectural foundations for the year 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will not be building the products of today, but the infrastructures of tomorrow. You will be tasked with designing the next evolution of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and adaptive systems. This is a high-impact position for a technical leader who thrives on ambiguity and is obsessed with the trajectory of AI development.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for Nexus's 2026 AI architecture.
- Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) with enhanced reasoning capabilities.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to integrate hybrid models.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge frameworks and tools.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in deep learning, neural architecture search, and transformer models.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or hardware acceleration (FPGA/GPU).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
