Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop industry standards for responsible AI deployment in regulated sectors
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape 2026 AI legislation and compliance protocols
- Create training programs for engineers on ethical AI development practices
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-scale systems
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and OECD principles
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on technology policy
- Proficiency in Python for AI model auditing and bias detection tools
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar organization
