Responsibilities
- Develop scalable ethical AI governance models for autonomous systems deployed in 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI and predictive analytics
- Establish compliance frameworks for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Conduct ethics audits of AI systems using explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Author policy whitepapers on AI-human collaboration paradigms
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in global AI governance frameworks (OECD, IEEE, ACM)
- Proficiency with AI fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, EASA, NIST)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
