Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating evening shifts and weekend schedules as required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland, FL facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
