Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and check-in processes
- Manage event flow and maintain crowd control protocols
- Set up/break down event spaces according to specifications
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with vendor coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP and general attendees
- Enforce venue safety policies and emergency procedures
- Assist with audiovisual equipment troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or event services
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccination required for indoor events
