Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated NYC neighborhoods
- Provide companionship and ensure pet comfort during walks
- Monitor pets for health/safety concerns and report issues
- Maintain clean walking environments (waste removal)
- Follow client-specific care instructions and preferences
- Utilize our app for scheduling, check-ins, and photo updates
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and owners
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid photo ID
- Reliable transportation to NYC walk zones
- Experience handling dogs of various sizes/breeds
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Comfortable walking in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication with clients
- Smartphone proficiency for our pet care app
