Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise 1-3 dogs at a time in designated Scottsdale neighborhoods
- Provide timely feedings, fresh water, and administer medications as instructed
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and communicate updates to owners via app
- Ensure all pets are secure with proper leashes/harnesses during outings
- Clean up after pets and maintain hygiene during walks and at client homes
- Adhere to strict scheduling and punctuality standards
- Respond professionally to client inquiries and concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and basic first aid
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk 3+ miles comfortably
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for early morning/evening shifts
- Excellent communication and time management skills
