Responsibilities
- Perform daily dog walks, ensuring dogs receive the exercise they need to stay healthy and happy.
- Clean up after pets immediately and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Monitor the health and behavior of each dog during the walk and report any concerns to the owner.
- Administer medication (if required) strictly according to written instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of walk times, distances, and any observations.
- Secure all equipment and gates before leaving a client's property.
- Interact professionally with pet owners, providing updates and photos via our app.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dog walking, pet sitting, or animal care is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments safely.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
