Responsibilities
- Brewing high-quality coffee beverages and espresso drinks according to strict recipes and quality standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a warm smile and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintaining a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and storage areas.
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handling cash transactions with attention to detail.
- Assisting with food preparation and restocking ingredients, syrups, and pastries throughout the shift.
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during busy morning and afternoon rushes.
