Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate point-of-sale records
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso fundamentals
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
