Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners.
- Packing & Labeling: Prepare shipments with proper packaging and labeling to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certified candidates preferred), and conveyor belts.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate clearly with supervisors.
- Background: Pass a background check and drug screening.
