Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and reporting discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
