Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies strictly to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and reading skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor dock work is involved).
