Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move materials efficiently
- Inspect, maintain, and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Load/unload trucks using provided equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
