Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and scanning of inventory using handheld terminals.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock to ensure proper placement.
- Prepare and label outgoing shipments for timely delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory records to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
