Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely to move materials.
- Shipment Preparation: Inspect goods for damage and package items securely for transit.
- Load and Unload: Receive inbound freight and load outbound trucks according to safety guidelines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; we provide comprehensive training for new hires.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions and safety labels.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
