Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to resolve issues quickly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and/or Sunday (Weekend shift).
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent work history.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and physical tasks.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
