Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine, organized warehouse floor in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies quickly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston location.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
