Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping procedures to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Ensure all workstations and equipment meet health and safety compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo security and proper handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
