Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval.
- Ensure safety compliance at all times, adhering to OSHA regulations and company protocols.
- Package and label products accurately for shipment to prevent damage and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical stamina required to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
