Responsibilities
- Receive and Inspect: Accurately receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against packing lists.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select items for orders, package them securely, and prepare them for delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize storage areas to ensure optimal workflow.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and spot discrepancies in inventory.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand labels and safety signage.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
