Responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of packages and freight.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Verify the accuracy of shipments and resolve minor discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the night team to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago facility.
- No prior experience required; full training is provided.
