Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels and data integrity.
- Sort, pack, and label packages according to company standards and carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and reporting damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
