Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate warehouse equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory management and cycle count processes
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and dispatching products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
