Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels in real-time.
- Ensure all packing materials are used efficiently to reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform cycle counts and stock checks to verify inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Washington DC.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS software quickly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
