Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe for operations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Assist in maintaining accurate digital inventory records using SAP or similar software.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
