Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare orders for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending frequently.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license (optional for some roles).
