Responsibilities
- Execute Efficient Operations: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage products for delivery using industrial equipment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to accurately verify stock levels and manage inventory counts.
- Packaging & Labeling: Prepare shipments according to strict quality standards, ensuring all packaging is secure and correctly labeled.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Quality Assurance: Identify and report damaged goods or packaging issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for commuting.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and following standard operating procedures.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
