Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately.
- Verify and audit incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping documents.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and scanning tasks using handheld devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus, VA facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional evenings.
