Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
