As a Weekend Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing inventory against purchase orders.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily throughput targets and quality benchmarks.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
