Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in designated areas.
- Ensure all safety protocols and workplace hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to loading dock safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from our San Antonio facility.
